Private riverside cabin nestled in the woods on the Little Manistee River. Home features open floor plan with living room fireplace, modern kitchen, additional family room, three season room, all with great views of the river. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Three season room also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests during the spring, summer, and fall. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
