Ryan and Jake were very helpful, responsive hosts and Eureka was a stunning location to spend a week on Hornby Island. The gorgeous sunsets and tranquil ocean were a joy to watch from the expansive deck and hot tub. The cabin was well stocked and clean and we felt immediately comfortable and at home. It would be great to have access to a dryer in order to dry our bathing suits and beach towels/blankets when the weather isn't hot enough to do it naturally - but that would be our only critique. We hope to book it again next summer!

Tom was a responsive and thoughtful host. Tom’s home was perfect for our family to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming marriage. There was lots of space, the kitchen is very well stocked, the outdoor space is fantastic. Tom clearly labelled everything to make it easy to navigate, and his instruction book is thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations. Loved the hot tub and views after skiing. Tons of space to spread out.

We were delighted with this very clean comfortable home. Nicely furnished, super clean, high end bathrooms. Friendly responsive and experienced host. Great proximity for skiing. Hot tub was fab. Appliances were new, as is the house of course, and that was a treat. Also appreciated that the bed linens were cotton not polyester, which made for a more comfortable sleep. We really enjoyed our stay at Kelsi’s place. Kelsi is very responsive and super friendly. The location is great, easy access to the downtown and local attractions. Also no surprises upon arrival as we found the place as described and very clean. We especially appreciated the pet friendly & how that was demonstrated with a pet bed, food bowls & treats (very important to our dogs!). Also, as we were in town for dog sports we really appreciated the ability to stay in with a BBQ dinner each night - the kitchen is well equipped and helped us relax after a long day. We will for sure be looking at Kelsi’s place if we head back to that area.

Great location close to the park, very quiet. The home was very cosy, beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and check in was very easy.

Lovely home to stay, quiet, spacious, good green space for dogs, super access to ocean, everything we needed. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Two vehicles able to park outside at unit. Restaurants and shops 5-15 minutes away. Good beds and linens. Take your favourite staples if you cook in more. Quick responsive hosts.

Had a great stay here with my two kids and our dog. Stayed for two weeks and would definitely recommend for long stays. The place has everything you need and close to shops to get anything else you might be looking for. Grocery delivery availabe, Uber eats too in case you don’t feel like cooking and plenty of local attractions to keep you busy!

Frogs croaking, cozy cabin, comfy beds! Building and managing fires was fun work. It was too bad the snow had melted but it was lovely anyways.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife made for an absolutely stunning and relaxing stay. Whether it was having a fire by the lake, soaking in the hot tub or cozying up inside, it was all perfection! Everything was so clean and the hosts were incredibly sweet. I will 100% be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Karla’s home. We enjoyed the ski facilities, used the kitchen regularly and slept peacefully in a clean and comfortable house. Thank you Karla. We hope to return again.

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Paul’s place is absolutely stunning, from the pristine and spotless cabin to the breathtaking ocean front location. The cabin is modest in size but extremely well thought out; our family of 5 were extremely comfortable in the space and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean and running to take a dip in the ocean. Roasting hot dogs in the fire pit was a highlight, as was waking up with views of the ocean from the primary bedroom. We highly recommend booking a stay at Paul’s place - you won’t be disappointed! (The only thing I would mention that is important to know is the driveway access is quite steep and might pose a problem for folks with mobility issues - but Paul is extremely upfront about this on booking.)

Worked well for my family. Unique place, great sunrise view, fairly well stocked kitchen, and close to ski resort. The hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing.
