Campbell River: soggiorni in baite

Frogs croaking, cozy cabin, comfy beds! Building and managing fires was fun work. It was too bad the snow had melted but it was lovely anyways.

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Paul’s place is absolutely stunning, from the pristine and spotless cabin to the breathtaking ocean front location. The cabin is modest in size but extremely well thought out; our family of 5 were extremely comfortable in the space and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean and running to take a dip in the ocean. Roasting hot dogs in the fire pit was a highlight, as was waking up with views of the ocean from the primary bedroom. We highly recommend booking a stay at Paul’s place - you won’t be disappointed! (The only thing I would mention that is important to know is the driveway access is quite steep and might pose a problem for folks with mobility issues - but Paul is extremely upfront about this on booking.)

Worked well for my family. Unique place, great sunrise view, fairly well stocked kitchen, and close to ski resort. The hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing.

We loved our stay on this peaceful beauty farm. The location is amazing right in Mt. Geoffrey Trails. We hope to return again next year! Thank you Lily for being a kind and generous host.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Hearts Content. Leah is a gracious and welcoming host and we loved the cozy cabin. The location is quiet and beautiful with the beach a short walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend. The cabin is cute and the bed super comfy. The yard is fenced and private with a lovely fire pit and dry wood. My dog was happy that we could relax. Hosts are super responsive and also respectful of privacy. The beaches are within walking distance; however, driving was better for me as the walk is along a busy section of the highway. The cabin is set back from the highway, so sounds were not an issue. Instead, I happily listened to frogs and birds. Really lovely and I will go back.

Was a great place to stay. Very comfy two bedroom cabin. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. Beautiful wood burning fireplace to take the chill off on cool evenings. The deck is a huge bonus. Beautiful patio furniture and bbq to outfit it also. High recommend staying here if in the area.

Mike was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. The entire process, from booking to departure was smooth. The place is actually three places in one, so it was awesome for us to spend time with our family friends and kids without feeling on top of each other. It's a very charming main wood home with two incredible smaller cabins, outdoor showers, and two decks...all of it felt like home. The location is perfect as it's an easy walk/bike/taxi from the ferry, and easy access to the general store, bike rentals, and south beach! Go to Savary, stay at Mike's!

My wife and I had an amazing time spending our honeymoon here. The float house was super comfy. You can sit on the deck and watch the tide come in slowly. The people on the island are super kind. Be sure to check out the farmers market on Fridays to meet the locals. As well as all the road stands set up.

Had a great stay at Nikki’s farm loft, amazing location, quiet and peaceful with good space for the dog to roam. Great views of the sunrise over tribune bay, overall a perfect location on Hornby. Will definitely look to book again in the future!

Felt like home right from the start! It was a lovely honeymoon. We hope to make it back in the future. Janet, Harley, and Sherman were amazing hosts and we will definitely be recommending their cabin on the ocean to our friends and family. It is definitely a little slice of heaven on earth!

What a beautiful spot. Couldn’t ask for somewhere more peaceful, comfortable or private to enjoy some quality time in nature with family. Deborahs place is stunning and has everything you need to relax. Top tip : Bring eye patches to sleep if you are sensitive to light as it’s brilliantly bright from sunrise to sunset in both bedrooms ~ which of course maximizes on the incredible views and adds to the stylish look of the place. We will be back!

This is Campbell River, not a resort destination. The goal of our trip was to be by the river for fishing. This spot is perfect. Open door, take 5 steps and you're on the water to fish, or drive up 5 mins to an abundance of other fishing spits along the Campbell River. Space was perfect for the 3 of us. Space was clean and the kitchen is stocked well enough to make some home cooked meals. Perfect. Would come again.

April 2025 Just spent 3 nights at the Cozy Cabin and it was amazing. So clean and tidy, peaceful and lovely location with easy walking access into Nancys Bakery, the Gallery and the Boardwalk restaurant. This truly is a gem to stay at. It was a pleasure talking to Simone as she gave lots of great advice for biking and restaurants.

Absolutely breathtaking! This was hands down the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The view was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the whole place radiated calm and warmth. Every corner was spotless, and the lovingly curated interior made us feel instantly at home. You can tell how much heart the hosts put into this place — every detail was perfect. The hosts themselves were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available but never intrusive. We felt truly cared for. From morning coffee with a view to quiet evenings under the stars, every moment was magical. We’ve already started planning our next visit — that’s how much we loved it!

This was my second stay and every bit as wonderful as my first. The surroundings are serene, beautiful and the grounds are set up to enjoy everything nature has to offer. Chelsea is fabulous! As an aside, I suggested a reading lamp and footstool for reading guests last year and guess what was there this time as well as new items to enjoy the outdoors. Couldn’t be happier with my stay!

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here. It feels like home. The cottage is in the most beautiful location imaginable. Having our meals on the deck overlooking the ocean continued to amaze us day after day. It is be hard to find this combination of beauty, privacy, peace and value in any rental space. This is a rare find!

Great location with beautiful views. Friendly host, responsive, polite. Lots to do on the Island, tons of beautiful places to visit. I would definitely recommend visiting Quadra and staying at this location.
