It is also in the heart of Silicon Valley, a few miles away from offices of Netflix, Apple etc. We are 15 mins away from SJC airport and 40 mins from SFO airport.

Eden Cottage is our 686 square foot space in west San Jose. It is a custom built (in 2018) 1 Bedroom cottage with a private entrance, super fast WiFi, 50 inch flat screen TV, skylights, full kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower plus a full sized washer and dryer pair. The cottage is entirely separate from our home and has a small yard and patio under a large oak tree that provides shade to the entire area.

This small efficiency of about 200 sqft (< 20 sq. meters) is fully furnished, has a separate entrance and a little deck patio. It consists of a kitchenette, a large closet, a living/sleeping area with a day bed (twin-size) - suitable for ONE PERSON ONLY - and a bathroom incl. a shower, sink, commode and ample cupboard space.
