Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.

Frogmore is just two miles from downtown Hillsdale and three miles from Hillsdale College. Relax on the deck that overlooks the lake and enjoy the kayaks to explore the shoreline of the largest lake in Hillsdale County!

The Hilltop Hideaway on Little Long Lake

This is a small, cozy cottage, with a huge view. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. The cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with couch and loveseat, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunkbed), and a full bath. The maximum number of guests is 5. This is a true tiny house, but when you are at the lake you are there to enjoy the lake.

Make your Hillsdale County home base in one of the earliest houses in Jonesville, conveniently located 10 minutes from Hillsdale College. The house is a solid preserved house which invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. It has a full kitchen, a large dining table and beds for 6 persons. There is one bathroom which has a shower and plenty of hot water. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer.
