Lokal Fishtown is a 6-unit boutique hotel with a focus on invisible service. Featuring six apartment-style suites, Lokal will offer guests an authentic Philadelphia experience and an escape that feels like home. The team behind the project will anticipate needs and create a high level of behind-the-scenes service. In doing away with many of the trappings of a traditional hotel, Lokal seeks to provide a unique connection with the city without sacrificing the comfort and care travelers expect.

Grand Two Bedroom King + Queen W/ Terrace

This expansive suite features an upscale and open living, dining area with a powder room and full kitchen which separates king and queen bedrooms and their private, spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers and Aesop bath amenities. Complete with a large private terrace capturing bohemian Fishtown views, this is the Archway's most luxurious suite. Parking available onsite for additional fee. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

Loft Queen Suite by Archway

Our Loft Queen Suite is a warm, light- filled corner unit with plenty of room to move around, a generous dining/work area & full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need. This Loft Suite has a spacious Queen bedroom plus a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and Aesop amenities. Parking available onsite for additional fee: $50 - $60 nightly. Ltd. availability. First Come, first Serve. Fitness Center located 1 block away.

ADA Accessible Classic King Suite

Flooded with natural light and plenty of room to move around, our Accessible Suite has a generous living and dining area with a full kitchen outfitted with everything you need. This suite also has vast, thirteen- foot ceilings throughout and is outfitted with a King bedroom and private en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower and Aesop bath amenities. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

Grand King Suite by Archway

The Grand King Suite has a generous living room, custom dining table and banquette with full kitchen outfitted with everything you need. The corner king bedroom is light-filled and airy with the adjacent spa-like bathroom featuring a rain shower and bath amenities by Aesop. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).
