Gia’s place was perfect for 2. Cozy, comfortable bed. Great view. It was just as she described. Very easy to get in. She was very responsive. I had an issue with a shade and she responded immediately very affordable. We will definitely go back.

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

Loved it here. The place was beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Great amenities. Everything was walkable. Wished we could have stayed longer.

This is our favorite airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, and far exceeded our expectations! Donnie and Olivia were great hosts and have created such a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for us needing to walk to different events in town while here for a wedding. We loved the Biergarten on the property and the Secret Room was perfect for just two of us. We can’t wait to come back! 😊

Rose was eminently kind and responsive to our every need. Her home was lovely, and the neighborhood is a peaceful place. The beds were comfortable, and I would certainly stay here again if I make another trip to Elizabeth City.

The Parsonage is incredible. The home was spotless and so comfortable and homey. Having a yard for our girls to play in was definitely a bonus! The hosts are very responsive and more than willing to help out and answer questions. We will absolutely be staying here again. If you want to stay somewhere that truly feels like home and has plenty of space, this is it!

This place was so cute! My friends and I enjoyed it. A little difficult to find at first (albeit I am directionally challenged) but totally worth the search. The decor was cute, the house was cozy, and the vibes were sweet. Would totally recommend.

This was the perfect place for our group! We attended the NC Coastal Bike Ride and this place allowed us to ride our bikes to the starting point and back. It was also a comfortable place for us to hangout and rest. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful kitchen, quiet neighborhood and Ms pack man in the back room was a nice surprise!

This a beautiful home. It was extremely hot while we were there, so it was nice to have a place with AC. We will stay again if it's available when we return in the future!
