Year round! Hot Tub! Lose yourself in Nature. Private cottage located just a few minutes' walk from Washademoak Lake. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy some of NB’s best outdoor opportunities. Centrally located yet rural; Sussex, SJ, Moncton and Fredericton are all 60 minutes or less away. This listing does not include seasonal bunkhouse. Please see our other listing if you would like to include the bunkhouse in your reservation!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

The Blue Whale Cottage- Cave View Cottages-Hot Tub

Just a two-minute walk from the beach and sea caves, Blue Whale Cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy cozy evenings at the propane fire table (open campfires are not permitted due to nearby homes), or soak in the hot tub while taking in beautiful views of the sea caves. The harbour is also just a short walk away, making this an ideal place to relax and explore.

Vintage gem, situated directly on the gorgeous Hammond River, nestled by a timeless covered bridge. A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Walking distance to local amenities and the beach. When at the cottage enjoy all its extras including a lower level full of entertainment such as a air hockey, fooseball & a card table. Also in the lower level is a large smart tv, numerous board games an books for your enjoyment & relaxation.
