You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.
