This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were responsive and met my requests in a kind and flexible manner. Great location & the rooftop swimming pool is a plus. Good washing machine and clothes dry quickly on the balcony. Kitchen has the minimum in terms of cooking utensils but I was able to improvise so OK. The Yogurt App on the TV is decent and you can watch live Premier league football as well as watch live International News. The best nearby supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away and is called Lucky Supermarket. Using the local SIM that the hosts leave for you, you can become a member of the supermarket by downloading the Lucky Reward App. You don't only get bonus points which are redeemable but you also can benefit from huge discounts. Some wines were at 50% discount. I will definitely be returning later this year. I found the Cambodian people to be charming and super chilled.

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in the best part of town but also quiet. The apartment isn’t your boring commercial Airbnb plastic dump. It’s a warm cosy home with a lot of love and thought put into it. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer

We had such an amazing experience staying with Mr.Pich at the MarvelInn. The whole family was super kind and he made an effort to personalize our experience and that’s very rare nowadays. The family prepared us welcome fruits for when we checked in. Mr.Pich even went out of his way to help us book a sunrise tour at Angkor wat. The place is located very close to everything. The rooms are clean and great smelling. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. 10/10 accommodation!

Highly recommend for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay in Siem Reap. The property and house is beautiful, and the house has everything you need for a short or long stay. I enjoyed the large kitchen and open seating area. Host and staff are very kind and communicative!

We spent two weeks at Roya's place and it was amazing! At the end we were sad to leave and felt like home. Roya is an extremely helpful and responsive host. She even organised for us to be let inside at early morning hours, because we arrived at that time with a night bus. If there was anything missing or that we needed, Roya would sort it out so fast. We were so grateful for the bicycles provided, ended up biking all around town and sometimes calling a passapp, instead of renting a motorbike. Thanks for keeping us fit! Location of the house is perfect, away from the craziness of the city, in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood where all kids say hello, but still so close you can walk or bicycle anywhere. The house is traditional wood and beautiful, surrounded by a well cared for garden.

Magnifique maison, au bord de la rivière, avec une vue imprenable. A l'arrivée, tard le soir, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise car la maison est semi ouverte et nous n'étions pas habitués à une telle immersion dans la nature. Karin est venue nous rassurer et nous donner de bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avons aussi pu profiter d'un excellent soin/massage au spa de l'autre côté de la rivière. On est venu nous chercher en bâteau pour nous y amener; très chouette.

Tomas and his family are probably the best hosts we've seen! So friendly and willing to help. I've suggested it to all my friends already and definitely will be back again!

This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

We had such a good stay at this apartment. The place was pristine and it had all the amenities needed. Plus point that there were many international sockets for charging. Peaceful at night for a good night's sleep, along with comfy beds and Pillows. Location was centralised to get to many other places.

Я провела в данных апартаментах 10 дней! Находятся недалеко от центра, закрытая территория с охранником и шлагбаумом, есть свой крытый паркинг. Сама студия очень уютная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, горячая вода, кухня и кухонные принадлежности. Wifi работал отлично, скорости хватает для удаленной работы. Один день не работал, хозяин сразу же позвонил в обслуживающую компанию, все исправили. Окна выходят во внутренний двор, тихо Очень гибкий чек ин/чек аут, выслали максимально подробные инструкции как попасть в апартаменты. Рядом (примерно в 1 км) есть большой супермаркет Angor Market, а также 7eleven, кофейни и рестораны. Очень хочу отметить co-host Anachak! Очень приветливый, отзывчивый, сразу же отвечал на все мои вопросы, я не сразу разобралась, как включить воду в душе, очень быстро все показал и помог. При проверке работы wifi угостил вкуснейшим кокосом) В этих апартаментах действительно чувствуешь себя как дома, обязательно вернусь сюда еще.

The accommodation was easy to find and the self check-in was simple. The place is well located and in a quiet building. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home. No windows in the bedroom, so you will get a nice long night of sleep in the blacked out room. There's a small balcony and comfy couch if you want to Netflix and relax. The gym and pool access is not free though ($3 for a day pass) but totally worth it.

The place was just as the pictures! It was clean and comfortable to stay. There’s a nice river view too. I was able to find a lot of nice places that was in walkable distance, such as food, massage etc. It was a happening area as well, especially because it was the Cambodia new year during my stay, there were a lot of people celebrating nearby, it was a fun experience for me! Other than that, Tharo was an amazing host, accommodating me the best he could! Always responsive and helpful :) Overall, I think this is a good location in Phnom Penh, close to everywhere you would like to visit in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years with over 70 bookings in various countries, and I can confidently say that David’s hospitality is bar none. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. David was extremely responsive and the check-in process was quick and easy. His staff is incredibly polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with brand new appliances. The shower had excellent water pressure, which is always a bonus.
