You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat, dock and fishing. Because of the close proximity to the water & hot tub, it's not suitable for children.

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. Escape to this private sanctuary, a hidden gem on the shores of a pristine lake. The cabin offers 2-bedrooms, plus additional sleeping in the 24ft yurt (unheated) and twin trundle beds upstairs. Living room with wall of glass doors opens to spacious deck. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or unwind in front of the TV. Kitchen provides space to cook and room for 6 to gather. In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. Wander down to the pond, sit, meditate, absorb the pervasive peace of this property. Apartment amenities include washer, dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, fully-appointed kitchen. We also have a PacnPlay with sheet, if you have an infant/baby up to 2 years.
