The upstairs villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large beach view balcony. The villa downstairs, is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom separate apartment opening to the lanai and pool area with A/C in the bedroom only.

In addition, all rooms have a Tv and a closet. The house also has a power generator.
