Mary was a super host, fast clear communication. House was spotless and Mary had bread, milk biscuits, cereal provided on our arrival. The house is in such a convenient location, and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Fabulous views and the binoculars were a hige hit. Youghal has a fantastic beach and boardwalk and Mary gave great recommendations for eating locally. Overall, a highly recommended host and house.

What a beautiful and special place! You can see the love and care put into the renovation. My in-laws who were visiting from overseas loved saying they were staying next to a castle. Easy walking distance to a beautiful beach - much to the delight of our dog and toddler. Would highly recommend - lovely hosts were the icing on top. Thanks again!

We had such a great time at Rosalind’s place! The house and the setting are just amazing. We stayed with our 4 children - there was plenty to keep them entertained and the surrounding area is lovely. Rosalind is a brilliant host - lots of really helpful information and communication was great. Highly recommended!!

The place was spotless. The home had plenty of room and bathrooms. Martha the care taker went out of her way to help us in every way. The home was centrally located for us to do day trips every day.

The cottage was so peaceful and relaxing. We could not get enough of watching the sheep and the donkeys. The beach was a short walk away. We also got lucky with some of the most beautiful weather. There is a lot to do with 15 minutes, but if you just want to get away from everything, the cottage is the perfect choice.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cabin! The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need—and so many thoughtful little touches. Waking up to birdsong and sipping coffee on the porch with a view of the trees was pure bliss. Michelle is incredibly warm, friendly and generous, and clearly put a lot of love into the space. Amazing!!

Our cabin stay was fabulous! A family of two adults and two children, aged 4 and 6, it was perfect for us. Right on the water, it was lovely to get up in the morning and walk down to the water's edge and watch the ducks and swans. The trees all around were full of birds that sang in the morning and blossom petals fell from the trees in the wind. It was a truly magical spot. The cabin itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was very private and surrounded by trees, very secluded in a very natural setting.

Exceptional. The hosts especially were pure gents and the perfect balance between leaving you to your own devices and proactive/interested in what you're up to. The house is beautiful - if you didn't fancy going out you'd be just as happy staying in. And the location is amazing. I went for a stroll to Slade and the lighthouse was beaming on my way there the night I arrived. Beautiful. loved it, will stay there again
