I was in search of a peaceful relaxing experience and this was it. The solarium dining area is such a good zone for breakfast, journaling, friend chats. Love the cool decor, coffee-tea service and the gift of farm fresh eggs. The hot tub was elevated in the forest in an amazing way, we loved the views. We spent a lot of time soaking, and would say this was definitely a highlight of our stay. If you are not sure-footed, this may not be the place for you to descend to the hot tub. Fortunately it was not a problem for us. We did not need extra temp control for the first week of May. Pleasant and comfortable. Garden areas are lovely and well landscaped. A very friendly neighborhood. Overall, a great experience.

Bob's place was extremely comfortable! Beyond that it was peaceful and exactly what I was looking for during my get away from my usual workweek! The hot tub and amenities made this place truly fun. I would definitely stay again. Such a cute town as well! Loved looking out into the forest. Great recommendations as well. I also got engaged on this trip so this will always be a great memorable place for me!

This place is a real gem! We stayed at many Airbnbs in the past and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best overall! Such an amazing location by Stinson Beach - literally 2 min away walk from the ocean. The house is amazing, well stoked, and our kids loved everything about it - the hot tube, the big yard and patio, the decoration, super comfy beds, TV and stereo system, etc. We loved it and we'll definitely come back. Chad’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Easy to walk to places in town. The cabin is very thoughtfully appointed and the outdoor space is well designed. If you have downstairs too the staircase in the house is a little steep, but there is an outside one that is easier. The hot tub was perfect for evening stargazing!

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Even better than advertised! We loved this little place in the woods — it was so cozy and comfortable and close to town, the national seashore, and all of the incredible places around the area. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, grabbing wine from the market right down the street, and relaxing in the wonderful space looking out at all the greenery. We’d absolutely return!

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

Perfect spot for a long weekend stay! Comfortable with lots of natural light. A welcoming space for kids and dogs - especially appreciate the securely fenced yard. Looked exactly like the photos, and every amenity was as described.

Jill & Liam are the best hosts you can possibly ask for - we had a last minute, late night check-in and Jill very kindly readied everything for us. The cabin is adorable, romantic, and private. You'll be extremely well equipped with anything you could possibly need - very comfortable bed, kitchenette with essentials clean, modern bathroom, and adjustable heating and cooling. The outdoor deck, fire pit, and string lights were such a joy to experience in the evening, while the picnic table is perfectly placed to take in the incredible view during the day and at sunset. Extremely easy to access from Healdsburg and local vineyards. Can't recommend this cabin and Jill & Liam enough. Would give them ten stars if we could!

The cabin is very quiet with great views. The wood stove is more than sufficient to keep the place warm just be sure to bring some kindling and some paper. There was also a nice list of suggested spots and a record player. Overal a lovely stay.

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria's cabin. We loved everything about it. Sonoma Raceway was an easy 10-minute drive away, and the view was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend at this unique cabin, we would definitely stay here again.

Thoughtfully minimalist, spacious and airy. Skylights are gorgeous. Hot tub is a fabulous addition. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Street is very quiet. Only minutes from Occidental. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay at Pam and Libby’s cabin! Easy check in/out instructions. Rustic home with modern and luxury furnishings and toilettries. Very tidy and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, noting that it is a second home and the pantry may feel lived in. The beds and all the bedding and blankets were so comfortable, making for a cozy and sleepy rained in weekend. Many places to sit and gather outside, I imagine it is perfect in warmer weather. The decor is well curated and tasteful, they designed it wonderfully. As noted in their post, there are a few flights of stairs to traverse, so make sure you and your mates are comfortable with this. The drive in is not so bad! Just drive slowly :)

We had a fantastic stay! The home is even more beautiful than the photos, with thoughtful touches throughout and a peaceful, private vibe. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location felt like a true escape—quiet, scenic, and close to great hikes and charming local spots. Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were responsive and kind. Would absolutely stay again!

Staying at Genevieve’s treehouse in Cazadero was a deeply nostalgic experience that transported me back to my childhood days spent in treehouses in the province. Nestled amidst the majestic redwoods of Sonoma County, this unique retreat offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Waking up to the melodious songs of birds and witnessing the morning sun piercing through the fog, gradually unveiling the forest’s beauty, was truly enchanting. Sharing this tranquil haven with my friends and fiancé made the experience even more special. It was the perfect getaway to reconnect with nature and relive cherished memories. I was extremely pleased with my stay at Noelle's. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. They went above-and-beyond expectations with thoughtful and helpful touches, such as providing a pitcher of filtered water, a small fan by the bed, and a flashlight. Also, they very kindly turned on the heat to ensure that it was warm for me upon arrival. I will definitely look to stay with them again if I am in need of accommodations in the area again in the future.

Wonderful little cabin in the woods! We got to enjoy both sun and fog and both were beautiful in their own ways. We will be back for sure.

Arriving late at night after a last minute booking was a challenge on dirt roads with a 2 wheel drive but the instructions were clear and worth the experience of staying in an enchantingly serene cabin/hut. This little hut located on McNab ranch, the backroads of Ukiah county, was perfectly constructed to meet ones needs: outside kitchen counter, sink, and shower, little bed and cot, a writing desk and shelves for towels and lanterns. It’s the kind of place one would use to get away to, to finish a book or do deep meditation at. The hut doesn’t have a bathroom, so be aware that you have to dispose of the bucket in the compost bin, but to anyone who’s ever roughed it or owned a dog, this isn’t even a setback. In the morning, I was awoken by a squirrel hiding its nuts on the roof, seller’s jays and quail. Shar and Lea are both kindred souls, two fairies that maintain the harmony on their sacred land..
