Private studio with 3/4 bath, plush king air bed, comfy single cot, full kitchen & musician sound station for creative, grounded lodging. Explore sacred woodlands, gardens, mountain air, pond & stream in this lovingly tended medicinal plant, forest & wildlife sanctuary. Hygge Den is accessed through a working garage. Herbalists Rae & Mitch live upstairs.

Cozy Waterfront Apt - Steps from VAST/LVRT

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Welcome to your home away from home in the NEK. This is a terrace unit below the main house. Plenty of natural light. Private entrance. Quiet. Pet friendly. 2 guest limit. Read that book you've been meaning to get to. Gaze out the window into the woods & listen to the stream below. Near the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Bread and Puppet Theater, The Highland Center of the Arts, Hill Farmstead Brewery, hiking, kayaking, skiing, shopping and dining.
