Our stay at Candice's place was wonderful. I have stayed at AirBnBs managed by property rental companies before that had sterile decor, cheap furniture, and lacking a "homey" feel - thankfully, Candice's place was the opposite! Warm and comfortable while also maintaining exceptional cleanliness and freshness of all linens, etc. Beds were all incredibly comfortable as were the couches. Neighborhood was quiet and safe which was a priority for me as I was alone with my newborn most days. Kitchen was very well stocked. We really appreciated the blackout curtains in every bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

From initial booking to after check out, everything was great. The home was just what we needed. Located in a good neighborhood, it was easy to find and provided easy access to what we needed. Very quiet and we were never disturbed. Home was clean and well organized. Definitely would stay again if ever back in Lake Charles. Thanks a ton!

They were very welcoming at arrival and throughout the stay. Very easy to talk to and assisted me in anything I needed. Overall it was a great stay.

This was the BEST stay I have had in an Airbnb rental! Home was almost new and fantastic in every way, spacious, comfortable, beds and sheets were superb to sleep on, my wife wants to buy the same ones plus the same type of comforter. Excellent electronic screen self-service for checkin and checkout plus many helpful types of information on it as well. Candice and Justin are wonderful superhosts and amazing in many ways. They even left us golfing tips for the local course on-site, Mallard Golf Club. It is a 3 minute drive to the clubhouse and they have very good food there. Course is very nice as well. Another example of how Candice and Justin went “above and beyond” is that we needed a wine bottle opener and it was already past 10pm on a Sunday night and they placed an order through INSTACART to deliver a couple of openers to us. Cannot say enough about their constant attention to our needs, they are exceptional in this and many other regards. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this house and host. The house was spotless and so well equipped. It was the perfect place for our family of six. I was a little worried about traffic due to the busy shopping area nearby, but it was so easy getting in and out of the neighborhood, and so convenient to everything. Will definitely book again next time we are in Lake Charles.

Had the chance to stay at this quaint little cabin while I was working a job in Cameron LA. It was a very quite enjoyable experience overall. Big thank you to Rent It Like A Saint for getting me in the same day before my shift started. If I ever have to work in the area again I’ll be staying here again.
