My home is located on a quiet street within the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. Yosemite Valley is about an hour from the house when using the Highway 120 entrance. Check the (spelled out) URL NPS dot gov site for any passes needed to Yosemite. Guests will have the entire living area to enjoy. This 2-story home requires 4 external steps for entry and 12 internal steps for access to the rest of the home, including all bedrooms, living room, and kitchen

Bear Necessities

This newly remodeled cabin is nestled in a private subdivision on a quiet court directly across from the lake. Less than a mile from the highway, main grocery store, restaurants and pubs. Everything is in walking distance. The cabin has 3 beds and 3 baths to give everyone privacy. It provides ample space for 2 families. There is a second family room in case half of the crowd prefers to watch another movie. 2 enormous decks that have umbrellas for shade, dining tables and sitting areas.
