A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

A recommander! Appartement très bien équipé, parfait avec des enfants avec l'accès à la plage direct, le magnifique vue. L'appartement est très propre. Joana est très attentive et s'adapte à nos horaires d'arrivée et départ. Des douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée. pour information, l'électricité est à régler à la fin du séjour.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit guten Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Das Apartment war wirklich sehr sauber, selbst der Boden hat geglänzt. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, gerade bei Sonnenaufgang. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Zum Hafen von Alcudia sind es ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß, die man schön am Strand entlang gehen kann, oder man nimmt ein Taxi zu einem günstigen Preis.

What a wonderful little villa — so close to the lively heart of Sóller, yet peacefully tucked away among the fragrant orange and lemon groves. The stunning mountains wrap around you as you sit and watch the sunrise, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of birdsong. There are countless amazing walks, runs, and bike rides right from the doorstep. We had such a lovely stay, and Antonio was a fantastic host who made us feel truly welcome. Thank you!

Ich habe vier Tage im Apartment von Genis verbracht. Die Wohnung ist in einem historischen Gebäude gelegen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl an einer Straße gelegen, war es sehr ruhig. Zum Marktplatz ist es nur wenige Gehminuten und es gibt einige gute Restaurants sowie einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Genis Mutter war sehr nett und hat mir bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und gute Tipps gegeben. Ich wollte ein paar Tage Rennrad fahren. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt.

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem Appartment und sind immer noch hin und weg. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Marcus vor und während der Reise war einfach toll: Schnell, proaktiv und mit tollen Tipps - was will man mehr! Das Haus sieht in echt noch besser aus und der Blick ins Grüne bzw. auf das Meer hat uns immer wieder fasziniert. Bellavista und Betlem sind genaus das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Ruhe, Natur, kein Massentourismus und gute Erreichbarkeit zu großen Supermärkten, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort kann man gut frisches Brot und Croissants kaufen. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Et fantastisk hus, hvor man fornemmer hvordan det har været at være en rig familie i Soller for over 100 år siden. Det er en oplevelse i sig selv at være i huset, hvor fornemmelsen af det oprindelige hus er bibeholdt i alle rum. Vi opholdt os meget i gårdhaven da det var 35 grader. Der er loftsventilatorer i alle rum som - sammen med husets konstruktion fra en tid hvor man ikke havde aircondition - giver en behagelig køling om natten. Lækker detalje med udendørs bruser med både koldt og varmt vand.

Wonderful accommodation for a large family. Gabriel was very communicative and helpful Throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a large, tranquil home just a short drive from Palma. - Car is recommended.

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

This was our 2nd stay at Corinna's. We loved it so much the first time that it was the obvious home-base for our 2nd Mallorca cycling trip. Selva itself is very special - beautiful, peaceful, and great restaurants. And Corinna's place is the perfect place to stay. It's a beautiful building, with lovely outdoor spaces to hang out, a well-furnished and spacious kitchen, and great bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. I had my bests sleeps of 2024 in the master bedroom! Corinna is very helpful and friendly, and responds quickly if you need help with anything. Highly highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.
