It is in a really great spot overlooking the shore front - just a minute from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk from the Pine Walk and amongst all the cafés, restaurants, shops and bars of Puerto Pollensa. This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, it is light and airy with wood floors, white walls and spotlighting. The apartment has all kitchen utensils electric hub with two rings, oven, microwave and dishwashee, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, wifi, 43" TV in living room and 32" in bedroom with satellite streaming services Netflix, Hbo, Amazon Prime and washing and drying machine.

We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Du kannst auch Kajaks mieten oder auch geführte Touren buchen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es die zwei besten Restaurants in der Cala, hier bekommst Du fangfrischen Fisch. Ein Supermarkt und kleinere Geschäfte sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Du kannst auf ein Auto verzichten.

Por sus calas con las mejores aguas de Mallorca, sus excelentes restaurantes y bares. Nuestro hogar, situado en un paraje único, con la ayuda de la piscina y de los recuerdos que se hayan podido llevar de la Cala puede ser que haga que ustedes repitan, tal vez en el 2023.

Bonito apartamento con excepcionales vistas al mar. Está situado en pleno centro del Puerto de Alcudia, en una calle peatonal con acceso directo a la marina y playa de arena. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
