"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Acogedora casa situada en un tranquilo barrio residencial de Porto Cristo, Mallorca. A 100 metros de la playa. La casa tiene unos 80 metros cuadrados, cuenta con cocina, baño, salón, terraza y dos habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones dan a la calle, lo que proporciona mucha luz natural. La casa tiene una capacidad para 4 personas, y además podemos proporcionarle una minicuna para su bebe.
