lovely sixties villa with beautiful views, pool and garden,roof top terrace and lots of places to relax. bus at the door and beach and village of cala mayor 15 minutes walk down the hill. enjoy my house and my 37 years experience in mallorca !! please bring euro 2.20 per person per night for the ecotaza /turisttax . for check in and check out at other times please consult with me, it depends on avalability . for late check in after 22.00 (10pm) i kindly ask you to pay euro 30,-

Palma, pool, near beach ,jacuzzi,no car need,golf

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

It is decorated, equipped and furnished with special care and using top quality materials. Laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The apartment can be on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. There is no elevator. A passport or similar will be required for check-in.

Surrounded by bars and restaurants.5 minutes walking distance from STP SHIPYARD PALMA, 5 min to a long promenade along the sea shore and 12 min from the nearest beach. 6 min to the Cathedral and 7 min to the beautiful Sta. Catalina market.
