Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

My wife and I had a terrific stay in this spacious apartment. Hubert warmly greeted us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. He even provided us with beverages and some delicious snacks for our first evening. We felt at home, and the apartment has everything we needed to cook meals, including all the utensils and some spices. This place is only steps from a long sandy beach and an oceanfront walking path. We highly recommend Hubert's apartment!

Elsa was an awesome host. She welcomed us into her home with snacks waiting for us and gave perfect recommendations. The home was clean and looked even better than the photos. The view was gorgeous and the location is prime for those wanting to be near the popular beaches. Everyone loves the dog, Bernardo, and though he is precious - my personal favorite is Negroni, the cat. Elsa even brought us Spanish pastries on our last morning and allowed us to leave our belongings throughout the day since our flight was in the evening. Her generosity and flexibility are what made our trip to Mallorca that much better. Can’t recommend enough and am already looking forward to our next trip to Mallorca, where we will definitely be hoping to stay in Elsa’s home again.

Eine wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft mit der schönsten Terrasse auf Mallorca direkt über dem Meer und der Bucht. In dieser Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl und sicher und ist der Natur sehr nah. Zwei der schönsten Buchten Mallorcas liegen mit wenigen Minuten Fussweg direkt vor der Unterkunft. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Home from home. This place had everything and more that was needed. Location was perfect, everything walkable, shop right opposite for quick things. Home was spacious and quiet, lovely patios and gardens. Garage full of things you can use and nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for 4 nights so came with minimal things but everything you needed they had there so we were thankful not having to buy wasted items. We had our elderly mom with us and she was able to walk to many of the places and into old town and alcuida port for dinners etc. Great restaurants on your door step too! A perfect stay and we would definitely be back! Antonia was responsive and lovely when we meet her at check out! Thank you for an awesome stay! ❤️

le séjour chez Antonia était excellent appartement impeccable, accès à la superbe plage juste en face, top, parking privé pour la voiture, parfait, appartement dans quartier residentiel calme et tres bien situé. Rien à redire et parfaitement conforme à la description. Antonia est une hôte charmante très réactive et de bon conseil. je recommande ce logement à 100%

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

Highly recommendable apartment! It has all what is needed for a family stay. The neighborhood and the complex itself are calm with restaurants and shops and 2 beaches within short walking distance. Catalina is super friendly and easy to talk to. On the arrival day she even provided with a "start pack" of some food, water and wine which was great for our late night arrival. Thanks a lot!

Un bel appartement bien équipé dans une résidence bien entretenue. Le logement était très propre et joliment décoré. L’endroit est magnifique, loin de de la foule de Palma. Je recommande vivement !

Very clean and spacious apartment for 2 with everything you could need. Lovely sunny balcony and very convenient for the beach and bars/restaurants. Nice & quiet pool

This apartment ticks all the boxes. It’s well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a rental property and the spacious balcony has wonderful sea views and lovely outdoor furniture. There are four apartments in the complex. The pool and gardens are immaculate and very tastefully maintained. The area is quiet and safe with lots of on street parking. It’s a 5 minute walk to Cala Santanyi and the beautiful town of Santanyi is a five minute drive. Pedro and his mum were very welcoming and engaging. Honestly, one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed! Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, parfait pour deux familles. 4 enfants 4 adultes Proche d’activité, randonnée, nautique, plage, etc.

Pasé un fin de semana con amigos en la casa de Josep Miquel y estuvimos muy a gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, así como el resto de la casa. La piscina no es muy grande y cuando llegamos estaba algo sucia, aunque pudimos solucionarlo. Hay mucha zona de jardín y una mesa de ping pong. Fuera hay espacio de sobra para aparcar el coche. La comunicación con Josep Miquel ha sido buena. La ubicación de la casa también es muy buena, cerca de la costa. En general, hemos quedado satisfechos con la estancia y recomendamos alojarse en casa de Josep Miquel.

We had a fabulous time. The property is so tranquil, we felt like we could relax in several spots and loved sitting in the patio looking over the garden for meals watching the sunrise or stargazing at night. We took walks, and our daughters loved the games, toys, and the pool was amazing. Even though it was the beginning of spring we swam and enjoyed it. Calo Del Moro was nearby. A grocery is under 10 minutes away but you feel so private. We cooked meals and had all we needed. Cati was a lovely responsive host. We hope to come again.

Schönes mallorquinisches Haus. schnelle, nette und einfache Kommunikation mit Francisca, herzlicher Empfang mit einem großen Teller Zitronen und Orangen sowie eiern, da wir nachts angereist waren und somit etwas zum Frühstück hatten. Saubere Zimmer und Bäder. Gerne wieder und volle Weiterempfehlung!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Ses Covetes Unser Aufenthalt bei Román war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen, um die wunderschöne Natur und die Strände der Umgebung zu genießen. Román war ein großartiger Gastgeber, stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und er gab uns tolle Tipps für die Gegend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Román, für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der 180 Grad Blick raubt einem von ersten Augenblick an den Atem, einfach wunderschön. Da wir die Insel zum ersten Mal besucht haben, haben wir einige Ausflüge unternommen. Die Rückkehr zu der Aussicht in der Unterkunft von Marion & Ben ist großartig. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, denken jedoch, dass alles vorhanden ist. Die Stufen in den Felsen laden zur noch Meer-Nähe ein und lassen einen wirklich runterkommen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und lassen es einen spüren, dass sie ihr Haus lieben und den großartigen Ort mit anderen gerne teilen. Wir wären gerne länger als 11 Nächte geblieben. Der nächste Gast, kann sich sehr über den Besuch freuen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Joan. Am besten hat uns die riesige Dachterrasse gefallen, auf der wir sehr gerne den Tag begonnen und beendet haben. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht supergut war, konnten wir viel von Mallorca kennenlernen, wenngleich es immer mit etwas Fahrerei verbunden war. Der nebenan liegende Spielplatz war an trockenen Tagen zwar stark besucht, hat uns aber vom Lärmpegel überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war super, bei Fragen oder Problemen kam immer sofort eine Antwort und Lösung. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!
