We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for families, couples and solo adventurers. (Self-catering breakfast baskets £22 for veggie/£25 for meaty).

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Mediaeval South East Tower.

The Mediaeval South East Tower of Great Yarmouth's Town Wall sits over 5 floors, bathroom on the basement floor and kitchen on the top floor, it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin, there are also two sofa beds. It is situated in the King Street conservation area and is also within 2 minute walking distance of Gt Yarmouth's Golden Mile. The Tower is furnished in an eclectic manner. The cost is £150 per night for up to 4 guests with a maximum of 6 guests.

Hectors House built in the 1900's originally a farm workers cottage has been completely renovated and brought back to life with its enchanting low ceilings and winding traditional Norfolk twist staircase, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

The Stables - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
