By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). בית גדול מרווח ומפנק. 4 חדרי שינה, שתי מקלחות ושירותים, קומת עמודים גדולה מקורה וממוזגת עם הרבה משחקים וביניהם שולחן פינג פונג, ושולחן סנוקר מקצועי. חצר אחורית גדולה עם בריכה, מתחם כדורסל וכדורגל וטרמפולינה מקצועית. 7 דקות הליכה לחוף הקרוב. יש טיילת יפה, רצועת חופים ושמורה יפהפיה. בנכס קיימת יחידת דיור נפרדת עם כניסה נפרדת ושביל גישה משותף בה מתגוררים זוג צעיר. החצר של הנכס פרטית ואין חפיפה למעט שביל הגישה. יש שני חתולים בחצר (שלא נכנסים הביתה). אפשר להאכיל או להרחיק לפי רצונכם.
