In town to visit family nearby and wanting space to spread out, this really fits the bill! The home is very clean and spacious and great for all ages. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of open space and nearby walking trails and parks. The gas fireplace is also awesome for a little extra heat and atmosphere. There was every kitchen gadget you could think of, and the little welcome package with snacks and coffee was a nice touch. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We also utilized the gym equipment and the foosball table downstairs. The back patio is also nice, with a large table and lots of seating. Very clear communications/instructions and responsive. We will definitely book again when in the area!

Our family is relatively picky so when we stay at different places the kids tend to look for something that is exactly like home, which is of course, impossible ---- except at Joanie's place! We were able to bring our furry companion with us and even he felt welcomed with the dog toys available. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt comfortable. We were looking at different colleges and didn't have much time to engage in activities but the shopping looked great and we weren't far from some nature activities. Thanks Joanie!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We weren’t looking for anything fancy or over the top, and Maisie’s Garden offered us a pet friendly location on a quiet street just out of town. It is a cozy place in a quiet working-class neighborhood. We would suggest it to anyone!

Stunning home in Longmont. Grew up down the street, felt just like home, very quiet area. Very clean and accommodating home. The whole family really enjoyed our stay.

What a great guest experience! We loved the Bohemian Bungalow. Kitchen is very well stocked, lots of artsy touches, and very comfy beds and linens. Great location and host was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Would highly recommend 💗

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful also.

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Spacious and clean house with a fully stocked kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Adam responded quickly when we had questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

Victoria's home is conveniently located with easy parking. The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is adequately supplied with necessities.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They made our Thanksgiving stay great!. Even helped give me a jump start when my car battery died. Loved the peace and quiet.

Mike’s place felt like home right away! And thank goodness because I cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner there, making my first homemade turkey gravy! I was able to walk to my friend’s place right around the corner, so the location was extremely convenient for us. We enjoyed peace and quiet and our leftovers (lol) for eight glorious days! Alyssa's home was a perfect place! It was a very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of room, everything worked well, it was very well stocked and I was totally comfortable there. It was great to have coffee and filters already there! Alyssa was a fantastic host and an excellent communicator. I really liked the keyless self entry - super convenient. The layout of the home was very efficient, and the parking was right by the entry. At night, automatic lights made it easy to find your way, even when your hands were full. I could have been very comfortable staying there for a long time! Bob

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It was quiet, comfortable, roomy and in excellent shape. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to make family dinners. We were close to walking , running trails too. Most of all, Zhanna and Adam were super responsive.

The unit is big a fully equipped. Great location for quaint town and lots of outdoor activities near by

We absolutely loved our stay in Boulder! It was so peaceful and the view from the deck is amazing. This stay is perfect if you’re looking for a secluded getaway that’s still close to civilization. Andy and Karley provided recommendations for hikes and dining and were very communicative. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

Great layout for a family with multiple zones and play areas. Good home base to see Ft. Collins or Estes Park.

Incredible location. We walked into the RMNP to hike to Gem Lake. Spotless interior. Super clean! Spacious. Great view of snow capped mountains.
