Mam Lani and Sir Jonathan were very responsive and accommodating. They also kindly checked on us when we arrived in the unit. They also gave us suggestions with regards to our travel. The caretaker, Kuya Maning, warmly welcomed us in the unit. He gave us instructions about the unit, suggestions about Vigan delicacies, and he also updated us about the events in the nearby tourist spots. The place was clean and had all the amenities that my family and I needed for our stay. If ever we go to Vigan in the future, I would love to book this place again. Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

Kung merong 6 stars dito, yun ang rating ko. It was so, so, so worth it for the price. Was expecting na isang floor lang lahat pero the building was around three floors and lahat yun accessible. Super gandang CR, towels are enough, AC was working well, may pafountain sa pool. And all of us agreed na napakaganda nung kitchen. If we can stay longer sana, we will, parang lahat na ng gugustuhin mo sa isang place, andito na. Ang babait din nila tito, nakipaglaro pa sa amin ng billiards at laging approachable kung may kailangan kami. Kung di lang sobrang layo from us, ibubook ko to lagi. Highly recommended pagneedn niyo ng place to stay sa Ilocos Norte.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is quiet and peaceful. Host is very responsive and nice. We liked that it is walking distance to the beach. If we will visiting again the area, definitely, we will stay again here.

The place is located near tourist landmarks in the city, which is walkable, and accessible to mobility (tricycle). The place is clean and comfortable. Cellular signal is strong so you can still receive call even if you are inside the unit, and there is also a wifi in the unit.

My family & I had an amazing stay at Balay By The Sea. Tanya is a very responsive to our inquiries & needs so with Kuya Ogie, the caretaker. The location was so perfect, very homey, peaceful, spacious, clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & would love to return again in the future. ❤️

great place to stay and relax.,the hosts are very responsive, considerate and helpful., i think they need to upgrade the airconditioning in the house and place additional trash bins inside the rooms and in the kitchen.

Place was great. Very modern and clean. Spacious and accessible. Gated property, with security. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Only downside we thought is that the bathroom is downstairs. But we didn’t mind it at all, as the bathroom looked great.

Vilma communicates well and will make sure that you will be able to relax while at their home. She is very accomodating and responsive. Her husband met us to give us the keys and to tour us around the house. Thank you very much Mam Wilma!
