This was a great location for me, my wife, and our two boys (ages 5 and 7). Vernette was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary food, snacks, and drinks—very kind and generous Her property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with keypad-gated entry. We rented a car for the trip, and the location made it super easy to get to Paradise Island, all the beaches, and downtown Nassau. The large private pool was perfect for our 5-year-old, who's still learning to swim—one side is shallow enough for him to feel safe (and after a week, he was almost a pro!). The deeper end was a hit with our 7-year-old, who loved showing off with jumps and dives. We took full advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill—it was great to be able to cook and enjoy some meals at home. I'd highly recommend Vernette's house if you're planning an extended stay in Nassau and are looking for something quieter and more private than the big island resorts

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for everyone. The second level was spacious and great for family time, watching the sunrise and sunset. Overall, a wonderful stay, responsive host and great amenities!

We had an amazing stay at Penny’s place in Nassau! She was a truly wonderful host—welcoming us in person and giving a full tour of the house. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from a well-equipped kitchen to beach gear like canoes, paddle boards, sand toys, and towels. The location is peaceful yet close to everything—stores, restaurants, and attractions like Baha Mar. The house manual was super helpful with local tips and cab numbers. It was a worry-free, relaxing experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Penny’s place and can’t wait to return!

What can I say?? This place is stunning! Beautiful ocean view from the master balcony (where I stayed most mornings drinking coffee and reading a book while the family slept in). All four bedrooms had their own private bath and were pristine! All of my questions via the airbnb app were answered almost immediately by the hosts. We were a family of 5 including kids 11, 13, and 15 so they were all excited to have their own (very spacious) room. All the beds were extremely comfortable and decor was beautiful. Outdoor space was expansive as well. The back had a nice pool and grilling area (where we grilled some burgers a few times). The front of the house had 3 separate outdoor areas with ample seating at each one. We rented a car so transportation wasn’t an issue. There was a grocery store about a mile away (bring bags to carry your groceries). The house is located on the far east side of the island and in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. FIVE stars and would stay again!

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

This thoughtfully designed home had everything my group needed for our weekend stay. We went to the grocery store when we arrived and never left the proprty after that. The home has anything you can think of to enjoy a home away from home experience. We really appreciated the details put into the layout of the home which made it very easy to find what we needed. Alvan was also very accessible from when I booked in March straight up to when I checked out this morning. He was very helpful, pleasant, and rofessional. I would give this home and its host 10 stars if I could. I definitely want to stay here again. I recommend this unit to anyone who loves peaceful elegance. My only request is to please respect the property so that it stays beautiful for other guests. 🙂

My family had an amazing stay. The house is exactly as it is described. We had a private chef and spent a relaxing weekend. Staff is very accommodating and accessible. We were able to take a quick walk to the beach but spent one full day in our private pool. Starbucks, supermarket, wine shop and even Domino's Pizza are all in walking distance. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils, flatware and cutlery.

This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

Victoria's place was perfect and exactly as described. It is peaceful and the view from the back deck is stunning. The AC works great and is easy to control. I love birds, so the noise from the aviary didn't bother me at all-I brought earplugs to sleep with. Victoria was really flexible with check in and out, and gave great restaurant recommendations. Eating at Spritz and watching the sea turtles is a must! We would definitely stay here again

Looks just as pictured! A little confusing to find (especially at night) because it's a carriage house that isn't visible from the street but other than that, it was great and as expected. The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with was those dogs other than that everything was great… Thank you for the wonderful time we spent at your house.

Anthony was a great host, very responsive and easy to reach if we had questions. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the pace was situated in a prime spot a walk away from Arawak cay, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend a stay at Anthony’s if you’re ever in Nassau.

My fiancé and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was amazing how quiet the area was. I definitely enjoyed my birthday weekend with relaxation and a tranquil view. Marquin was very hospitable and responsive. I will most certainly share this rare fine with others.

Terese was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were forced to make a change in our plans and she was immediately understanding and accommodating. A wonderful experience overall.

5-star stay at Chauncy's paradise! Chauncy's apartment on Paradise Island exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Chauncy was an exceptional host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Bahamas!

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Our family stayed for a week’s holidays and we felt right at home. Tineka and her daughter were very friendly as were the other residents in the building. We’d have no hesitation to stay there again!

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

This two story house was a perfect location for shopping downtown at Paradise Island and going to the beach! We especially loved walking throughout the island and meeting local residents throughout our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the pools were wonderful to relax in after a long day of excursions! I would highly recommend this airbnb. We had a fantastic week with plenty of sunshine and perfect temperatures throughout the week!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.

Amazing, amazing place and it checked all the boxes for my family of 4. Location was very easy to get to from the airport, WiFi was on point, pool was added bonus and best of all was Dominic, the host. He was very patient, responsive and wealth of information for everything we needed. My kids referred to him as our private tour guide. Really appreciate Dominic for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back and stay at Dominic’s place.
