Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jays place. Everything was exactly described as in the pictures. The city view was perfect. Jays place was clean, easy to find and felt like home. We’d booked with Jay again. Location is safe and property is well secured. If you’re looking for something easy, romantic and relaxing this is definitely your stay!

Kay was a great host. Very responsive. Place was cozy and quaint. Loved taking walks in the neighborhood.

The stay here was great. What stands out the most is the location. If you want to be able to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, or Georgia World Congress Center this is a terrific location. Also, great kitchen, nice and spacious bathrooms. One of the beds is great, the other just ok and a little hard to get in an out of but nothing I would take off a star for. Communication was good and usually fast. The information on how to get there was just a little confusing, but again nothing to take a star off for. Be aware the free parking is dependent on street parking availability, but it worked out for us. I find places that advertise free parking in downtown locations almost always are depending on street parking, so this is really nothing different than most listings. In short, a few little cons, but the location is so great that overcomes the little cons. Would certainly stay here again.

Location was great for our trip. We were less than 10 minutes to the Coca Cola Roxy or the Battery area. Kitchen was great! Accommodations were excellent for our stay. Would recommend this host!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a very convenient location, close to everything we needed. It was perfect for our family — my husband, our three young kids, and I all felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay here again! Duy was a great host.

Mary Beth's place was absolutely perfect. It's an old house in the most perfect area of Edgewood. Quiet neighborhood. Even quieter back yard with great off the street parking. Even though it's a duplex, you don't hear the other side at all. 6 minute easy walk to Target, Marshall's, Petco.. etc. 12/15 min. easily navigated walk to Little 5. A little over a mile to Ponce City Market. We originally booked because we were going to a music festival at Pullman Yards (a mile away). We had friends come from surrounding Atlanta communities that were able to easily park on the street so that we could all walk the well lit straight shot to Pullman Yards together. Mary Beth's spot really is a gem. It's a great rental. She also has everything you need. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner, tin foil, saran wrap, loads of spices and condiments. We will most definitely be back!

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

My first time staying in an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Desiree’s sky-high condo was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and with breathtaking views. The communication was top-notch; Desiree was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The on-site parking was a huge plus, making it super convenient. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Sara’s place was perfect for my stay in Atlanta while attending an expo at the convention center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Best part—it was just a short walk to the show, which made things super convenient. The area felt safe and was close to great restaurants too. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for an event or vacation.

I enjoyed my stay! It was nothing short of amazing. I had no issues with the apartment! The bed 10/10. The front desk people 10/10. Location…you guessed it, 10/10. Only Think is, there are people that hang around the apartment building, however, they didn’t mess with us at all. We felt safe walking Peachtree st. Close to the train and bus.

Eve was responsive and very friendly. The apt was very close to two MARTA stations & was great for 2 people staying a few days. The enclosed porch was nice to watch a thunder storm.

Overall I had a great stay. Had no issues checking in or parking. Host is great. Only complaint I had was the marijuana smell from other guests that was very strong especially when sitting outside on porch that would flow into the condo when you opened the door to go in or out the porch which was no fault of the host at all.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities at this condo! It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay! Would recommend!

Maura and Chris were very responsive. When one item listed wasn't in the apartment they quickly had one sent . They were proactive with directions on how to get to their place since GPS sometimes navigates you to another complex. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and modern. The area/complex does not look like much but is safe and quiet and Maura's place is very up to date. We had absolutely no problems with safety, noise or parking. We would not hesitate to recommend it or stay again.
