Bywater, New Orleans: soggiorni in appartamento

Great place to stay in the French Quarter, clean, convenient, secure, and good amenities - would 100% stay again. Very close to all the happenings (literally only a few blocks from Bourbon St, felt safe walking home at night and couldn't hear bar noises from street)! Recommendation: Put the sensitive sleepers in the back bedroom it is dark and allowed everyone to sleep in, the front bedroom has bright window so you could hear the morning street noises, but that is expected when staying in the French Quarter. Roomy space that easily/comfortably slept the two couples, plus couch was a good napping couch too! Lots of towels, linen, and anything you need in an AirBnB. Shawn was responsive and directions to locate the apartments were very clear.

Great place to stay . Beautiful interior with all the amenity's. The location was centrally Located to everything we wanted to see including great restaurants within walking distance . Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in New Orleans !

After having been to many airbnbs and other similar places, and being a host myself, I can honestly say that David's place at the Moderne is exceptional and perhaps the best place Ive been. Super bright, clean, spacious, new, great amenities and a very responsive and helpful host, great communication.... cant wait to come back next year.!!

Very nice place to stay and very clean. Location was great! Super close to Canal and Bourbon st. The host was quick to deal with our issue we had with the toilet. I love that they were fast to respond and on top of it. The towels and linens were clean and soft, and they made sure to provide a few extras which was nice.

Edris was a great host and the Airbnb was comfortable and met our needs. Clean and comfortable. The perfect place to stay if you plan to hit the sites in the city and also head out to the bayou. There was a bad thunderstorm that came through during our stay and knocked out power in the neighborhood for some time. Edris was response the whole time and kept us informed about when the power might be restored. You'll have a fine time at this Airbnb.

Michael’s place was great! Private, convenient location, and comfortable. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. Overall highly recommended!

Spacious and comfortable accommodations in the French quarter. A large living space and dining table easily accommodates guests filling the four nice-sized bedrooms. The large functional kitchen allows easy meal preparation and parking next-door was a surprise benefit. The location was fantastic with very easy in and out of the French Quarter and a quick walk to Bourbon Street. The unit was very clean and appears to be studious maintained. It was supplied with more than a week’s supply of paper towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. A nice change from recent properties we’ve rented. Overall, an excellent value for the size and sleeping capacity. We definitely recommend this property and host and plan to return next year.

This is a great place to stay regardless of why you are in New Orleans. It is located very close to Canal Street and the convention center and is a short walk to the French Quarter. This place is inviting and relaxing. I loved the furniture and kitchen. The beds are really nice and the entire place was very clean. The private courtyard is a really nice place to drink a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine before heading out to one of the many local restaurants. This place is ideally situated with a lot of attractions located less than a 15-minute walk away. Myself and my group really loved staying here!

Very nice apartment close to French Quarter but far enough away to escape the crowds. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here for a three generation family get together… family ranging in age from 6 to 79, all enjoyed themselves! In a great location, but also tucked away off of a private courtyard, so you’re a step away from the city with a relaxing atmosphere. We walked to the street car on St. Charles and took reasonable Uber rides to many places in the city. We would stay there again!

Adam’s house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay in New Orleans. Great kitchen space and comfortable living room + bedding!

The luggage storage was awesome!! The building was quiet. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and meeting places for tours.

I would stay again in the same spot for sure. Location was very ideal and everything was within a good distance from the condo.

We stopped in for work and pleasure and we were very happy with the condo. Looks just like the photos and we loved the extra touch of the owner leaving goodies for us in the basket. We enjoyed them throughout the stay and on our long drive home. Another plus is that the owners made sure you have just about everything you need. Great stay, highly recommend and if you get the chance, Drago's restaurant was amazing for dinner and Ruby Slipper for breakfast! We will come back for any future stays! Thank you!

We come to New Orleans often and love staying uptown. It’s great to be able to enjoy coffee on the porch, walk Magazine St for shopping, meals & drinks then sleep in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out, everything was clean and there were even a few extras like sun block and coffee filters. Overall it was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy Jazz Fest and everything else New Orleans has to offer. Wr would enjoy staying here again for sure!

Lilly was a wonderful host! She was very kind and helpful. Even gave us a guide on what to do here in New Orleans. The whole place was absolutely beautiful and very clean. She gave us complimentary waters and sodas, and I was very happy to see that she had all streaming platforms. It was a pleasure staying there. Definitely the BEST Airbnb to be at. And she provided me with a shower chair! The actual location is on canal street close to the street cars.one mile from bourbon street. Perfect location for a wheelchair user..

Very clean and spacious, within easy walking distance to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum. TVs in every room and 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful amenities.

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

Great stay at Mike's place, very clean, stunning kitchen & a comfortable bed. Having a 1/2 bath off the entry in addition to a full bath off the bedroom is a huge plus! Garage parking is also a big plus, secure keyless entry to both the building & the unit keeps it simple. First time staying in the funky Bywater neighborhood, had a great meal at Elizabeth's, visited a brewery that has a relaxing outdoor space & the bakery, all within walking distance.

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at David's beautiful, well-appointed condo. Traveling with my adult son and his fiancé, it was wonderful having two private bedrooms, each with their own large bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, everything was immaculate, and the kitchen was very well stocked. David was also one of the most responsive hosts ever. The location couldn't be better - right on the St. Charles streetcar line, and within an easy walk of the French Quarter, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants.
