Locatia dispune de Uscator cu masini de spalat plus un Spatiu Comun/Bucatarie prevazut cu TV, aragaz, frigider, cuptor microunde. De asemenea, in gradina se afla un spatiu pentru gratar. Cafea, ceai, apa plata sunt din partea casei iar un fierbator se afla in majoritate⁹a camerelor.
