The Sea Cubby is a unique wee holiday lodge overlooking the Solway Firth. It is perched just above the waves with the most beautiful views across Portling Bay to the white sands of Merse Head nature reserve. The Lodge is not in a holiday park it stands alone with it's own private driveway, parking and garden. It’s so quiet, a retreat to escape and relax, by sitting watching and listening to the waves. The Lodge has a large glass roofed deck. Well behaved dogs are considered, please ask first.

This is not a commercial site - the property is privately owned which is ideal for a either a romantic getaway or a relaxing family holiday.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

CosyCabin

Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

Mountains tower above the hut, watching over our guests these Birkhouse Moor and Sheffield Pike with views of the Angle Tarn Pikes & High Street. ,Situated on the side of the Glenridding Beck, which is perfect for morning dip. The beck can be heard both outside and in, & relaxing and therapeutic for mind, body and soul.

The Cranny, Ivythwaite Cottages, Windermere

Abigail and Andrew offer a warm welcome to Ivythwaite Cottages, situated in the grounds of a traditional Lakeland stone and flint guest house in beautiful Windermere. The cottages offer contemporary accommodation. The Cranny is a studio apartment featuring a seating area, kitchenette, separate bathroom and outside seating area. It has Freeview TV and free WiFi.

Clough head Mire house

Clough Head pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!

Barn loft is situated in the centre of beautiful Windermere village, it’s a one minute walk to all the shops, bars, cafes and pubs. There is a permit in the property for free parking on a Council owned car park in the centre of Windermere village (Broad street car park) around the corner. The property has everything you need for a relaxing break away.

Peasecroft is a beautiful little love nest for two, located on the side of a mountain less than a mile from the village of Coniston, in the jewel of the English Lake District. A very peaceful and private converted coach house. Minimum 3 nights stay . Change over days Monday and Friday.

Our couples pod is a perfect base to explore and recharge. This camping pod sleeps 2 people comfortably and is pet friendly. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw from its own private decking. Free parking is right next to the pod.
