Our property is 130 acres, 30 acres being protected Australian native bush land and wildlife. The Glamping Tents are uniquely positioned, providing panoramic views with ample distance between each Tent to ensure your privacy. Each Tent provides a queen bed, ensuite & fully equipped kitchenette to ensure your comfort and Glamping experience in a beautiful bush land setting.

Romantic Cabin - Private Acreage

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Busselton Farm Studio (pet friendly)

Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for forty years. A studio suited for couples and families with young children, (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
