A perfect base if you want to explore what the Antrim coast has to offer or simply relax, barbeque and destress. Sleeps 5 comfortably ..though 6 also possible. Many of our guests have wished they stayed longer not realising how accessible many places of interest are from Bushmills. The Cook's Quarters is part of Camus House, built in 1685 on the site of Saint Comgall's Monastery, over looking the famous "Ford of Camus" on the River Bann. Historical Portcaman cottage was built in the 1890’s to provide a home for workers in the nearby Cornmill. Newly renovated, the cottage retains many original features including stone walls, sash windows, cast iron radiators and solid oak floors throughout. The kitchen has a stable door which keeps the cottage cool in the warmer weather and the central wood burning stove in the living area keeps it warm and cosy in the cooler weather.
