Relax and entertain in the large living room with 50" TV and 2 large sofas. Rest well in one of the 2 private bedrooms or open loft with two twin beds. Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
