Lovely little cottage was perfect for the 3 of us plus doggo :) Location was fantastic....I've driven through Cley many times but it was wonderful to be staying there and to explore the village, coast path and beach. Great pubs with great food, the smoke house and picnic fayre shops were amazing for gorgeous treats to take home. I did park in the cottage courtyard space but it took me ages to get out again when we left....I am quite a rubbish parker so if you're quite confident you'll be OK We had everything we needed for our stay and Michelle was a brilliant and accommodating host....I would easily have stayed a few more days :)

We had the most fantastic time at Tofts Barn - a group of us mums needed some time away from the kids and husbands to unwind, decompress and laugh together - the open fires were so cosy, the house was a dream. It has stunning interiors, gorgeously luxurious and the perfect place to unwind and relax in. The hosts were utterly wonderful in responding to us and giving us helpful advice about the local area. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave!! We all said how we could live there for sure !! Clean, gorgeous and surroundings are stunning. We will be back!

Lovely stay at Avocet House. Really relaxing,cottage was lovely & clean. Wine & fresh flowers on arrival. Easy to access lots of walks in the local area. Close to the beach,only a couple minutes walk. Claire was great from start to finish excellent communication. Would highly recommend. Thank you,we had a lovely time

thanks Janice. a lovely stay. loads of extras such as DVDs and books. a lovely and generous welcome pack. nice sized towels (and plenty of them) really well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates utensils, gin and prosecco glasses, could do with some more wine glasses but that's a really really minor issue. we would definitely book again if the needed something in the area.

Amazing house and garden. Really clean and lovely. Alexis was really responsive on messaging and came to help when needed. Hope to come again!

wow what can I say the photos do not do this house justice there is so much space beautifully decorated comfortable beds amazing bathrooms infact i could just move in ! absolutely loved it and are talking about returning same time next year Winterton is a wonder unique unspoiled part of Norfolk we went on a lovely walk to Hemsby and sat on the beach we was spoilt by the weather the host responded quickly when needed I can't recommend this place enough thank you for a wonderful little weekend away with good friends we just wished we had booked another night

A fabulous location and we will definitely be back again. the lodge was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. we felt right at home. A great walk to the beach too which our dog loved. Easy to find and easy to get to local attractions. We would highly recommend Lee's place.

1st class communication and welcome from our hosts. One minor hiccup was solved quickly and completely. Loved the hot tub and walk-in shower. We also appreciated the welcome pack and gift 🥰

We had a special few days in North Norfolk and made some lovely family memories - including a day on the beach and a walk to Cromer, with a cosy fire at the end of the day. The walk across the fields back from the pub as the sunset was very pretty.
