This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Garden completely secure for small children (cot, high chair and stairgate available). Full central heating makes it ideal for winter breaks. A perfect cottage for year round family holidays. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Victory Cottage is just a few steps from the centre of Burnham Market with all of its independent shops and restaurants. The cottage is situated in a tree lined driveway and has 2 parking spaces - a huge bonus in this village ! The property is modern, light and airy, with contemporary fittings mixed with a cosy vintage twist. I lived here for 8 yrs and welcome you into my former home and hope that you enjoy it as much as I have.

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.
