Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

NEW! Cozy Bedroom with En Suite

Enjoy the City of Burlington's offerings from this stylish, well appointed bedroom suite with private entrance, at our centrally-located place. This is a unique private bedroom with its own exterior door. There is off-street parking on the opposite of the property (about 50 feet from the entrance to the covered porch entry). The unit enjoys its own spa-like bathroom with soaker tub, double sinks and standing rain shower. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker are tucked into the closet.

Our place is a 20 minute walk to Church Street, UVM, Champlain College and UVM Medical Center. It's one unit in a classic 1929 side by side duplex. The living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry are on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a bath are on the second floor. One bedroom is small and only accommodates a twin bed. There is claw foot bathtub in the bathroom with an in- tub shower. Check out the photos. There's storage in the basement for bikes, skis and other equipment.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
