Captains Quarters Treehouse

An off the grid whimsical gem in the Ten Acre Treehouse forest! "The Captains Quarters". This is the 2nd treehouse in rural Nauvoo. A lot of the same touches found in "The Whitetail". The first treehouse here, you will find in this nautical inspired creation. This treehouse is a full 2 story, 400 sq foot, and features second story bedroom, sleeper sofa on the first floor, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups and a sink!

The Peacock Loft / Spacious Artistic Loft

A whimsical, art-filled retreat. Filled with treasured pieces from years of travel and free-spirited living, the loft is now a space for rest, inspiration, and slow mornings. Layered with color, photography, books, and meaningful objects, it’s perfect for guests who love creative, collected spaces. Please note: this is an older urban building with character, multiple stairs, no elevator, and some city noise. Fans, sound machines, blackout curtains, and earplugs are provided.

Emma's Cottage Newly Renovated!

HI! I'm in the process of renovating the Cottage and update SO MANY things! Like a new kitchen - phew. Hope you enjoy it and I'll update my photo's when it's done! Emma’s Cottage is close to great views, family-friendly activities, Nauvoo sites and the Historic Nauvoo Temple. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The cottage was built around the 1940’s. If you enjoy privacy in an authentic environment, then you’ll love it.

Right between our bustling business district and our nostalgic downtown, this little house has vast character. My favorite feature is all the original built-ins and beams. You will love the Western American inspiration and vintage finds, modern touches throughout, and dreamy details in every corner. Just added a Saatva Organic mattress for extra comfort.

Nauvoo with a country view

We welcome guests to our 1880 Sonora Town Hall Cottage. This building once served as a voting poll for the Sonora Township. It is now a beautiful boutique cottage for overnight guests staying in the Nauvoo area. We are located on a working grain farm 6 miles southeast of Nauvoo. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING or VAPING on the premises. We do have security cameras outside of the town hall building, which provide security and lighting for all guests.

Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home.
