Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Beautiful Home in Springfield, VA, near DC!

Located in Springfield, just minutes from Washington, DC tourist attractions and the Cherry Blossoms. Easy access to Old Town Alexandria and it's quaint restaurants and shopping. Close to GMU and INOVA/Fairfax Hospital. The home is a 2,100 sq ft home away with 3 well furnished bedrooms (one with master bath) and newly renovated kitchen and baths (2 1/2). The back yard is great for grilling. Enjoy some wine in the back yard while gazing at the largest azaleas in the area!

Amazingly Simple 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom BASEMENT

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. My home is 10 minutes from Clarendon and 8 minutes from DC. You might be able to check in early, please message me first.
