We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so helpful and quick to reply and the place was so nice, bigger than expected and the hosts were kind enough to leave milk, juice and muffins which was a really nice touch. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!

Really nice place with everything you need. We were amazed by the selection of kitchen appliances. So if you want to cook at home every thing is there. There is also whasing machine and drayer in one so if you have small kids this is really nice future. Apartment is located near bus station whichs drive directly to the beach and some main attractions (museum, aquarium…). City center and main martket is in walking distance. Communication with host (Carlos) was easy and quick he also help us arange the taxi with child seat since we have early flight back. In other direction we came form airport with sub and bus. Carlos thank you for hosting us!

Centrally located, spacious apartment. Nice host, apartment had everything we needed (including dishwasher, washing machine, fast wifi). Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, sights, its all around the corner. Two points of attention: its on the third floor with narrow stairs (no problem for us) and garbage bins are emptied during the night (this makes quite some noise).

This cozy apartment in the heart of the historic city center is a great place to stay. It’s quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Espe's property was great , exactly as detailed in the description, close to the beach and to Valencia city centre. everything was super clean. Espe was a great host , very attentive , helpful, friendly. would 💯 recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to valencia.

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

Byt Carmen je moc hezký, útulný a velmi čistý. Cítili jsme se tady velmi dobře, kousek od ubytování je pěkná pláž se spoustou barů a večerní zábavou. Jediné co nám v ubytování chybělo, byla dobře fungující wifi, ta v bytě byla velmi slabá a raději jsme se od ní odpojily a vůbec nepoužívaly. Protože jsme byli 4 kamarádky, chyběly nám peřiny, resp. jsou tam velké peřiny pro páry, my nejsme zvyklé spát tak to spolu. Pro některé lidi to může být zvláštní spát pod jednou peřinou. Jinak bylo všechno v pořádku. Iris je velmi ochotná a milá a děkujeme za hezký pobyt.

Una experiencia maravillosa en un lugar encantador, alejado de los grandes destinos turísticos de España. Ideal para disfrutar en familia, con los abuelos. La casa es impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. El entorno es muy seguro, en un pueblo que muestra vestigios un gran pasado y que hoy está en pleno proceso de revitalización. A solo unas cuadras de la casa, hay varios bares acogedores y, a poco más de 15 minutos, se pueden encontrar excelentes opciones gastronómicas. Además, los centros urbanos están a menos de una hora de distancia. Este destino es perfecto para quienes desean escapar del lujo de Marbella, y quieren pasar unos días en familia. En verano el calor puede ser intenso, los anfitriones nos proporcionaron dos ventiladores que hicieron que la casa no fuera tan calurosa y siempre estuvieron presentes y demostraron su preocupación por las distintas situaciones que podían acontecer, haciendo nuestra estancia aún más agradable! Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

Notre séjour chez José Roman s est très bien passé. L appartement est très beau, propre, très bien équipé et frais (parfait pour les grosses chaleurs!!) José Roman est très accueillant et fort de propositions et de petites attentions. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de la place et a 10mn du centre en vélo (les pistes cyclables sont géniales!!! Il y a un loueur de vélo à 2mn). Le seul bémol c est que les murs sont fins et les voisins étaient malheureusement très bruyants tard le soir et tôt le matin (déplacement de meubles, portes qui claquent et même visseuse à 23h) mais c était sans doute inhabituel car les autres commentaires ne l avaient pas mentionnés)

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und tolle Wohnung. Das Sitzen auf der Terrasse im Innenhof ruhig und entspannend. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

As an air bnb host myself I have high expectations which were absolutely exceeded!!! We loved being in the hustle and bustle of the beautiful city. Having a coffee or glass of wine sitting in the balcony people watching was such an experience. Desire is a fabulous host who has carefully thought of every little detail which made our stay all the more special. Thank you 🤩

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Veronica, spacieux, bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine même si nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Valence. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner chez Veronica lors de notre prochain séjour à Valence.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke

Jose and Eve were fantastic hosts, very helpful made great recommendations for restaurants and helped us with our taxi back to the airport. The apartment is in a great location near to all the sights, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We will be back!!! Mark and Catriona
