Burjassot: soggiorni in alloggi adatti alle famiglie

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Dianas Haus! Der Kontakt war super, das Haus - wie auf den Bildern. Wir reisten zu fünft und hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Preis war absolut gerechtfertigt - Lage des Hauses ist super! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We loved this home so much we didn't want to leave! The pool was just what we needed in the middle of a busy vacation. Thank you!

Fabulous accommodation for our girls holiday. Close to the metro for transport to the city & not too far by taxi. Great communication from the host. Would recommend.

Nice brand new apartment with all the essentials for a nice stay. The location is perfect: in front of the subway station and bus stop and not far from a big shopping center. Host was nice, kind and responsive. We would come back!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar, la casita estaba en perfectas condiciones. Mari encantadora, muy atenta. Sin duda repetiremos.

Alles sehr korrekt und der Beschreibung entsprechend, zentrale Lage und drei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Mit guter Klimaanlage für den Sommer, Parkplatz im Keller ideal für die Sommersaison, in der lager ist es meist schwierig zu parken. WLAN top...! Einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!!!!

Un sitio perfecto para quedarse unos días con la familia. En nuestro caso viajamos 4 generaciones, iba desde mi abuelo hasta mi bebé. Es cierto que hay que subir escaleras para subir a la planta donde está el wc, la cocina y el salón, pero si no te importa subir escaleras la casa es perfecta. No le falta detalle. Está muy cerca de la playa y la playa es genial, arena fina y agua muy limpia y perfecta para peques y mayores. Las camas son bastante cómodas y que hubiese aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fue un detalle bastante importante debido a la gran ola de calor que hemos tenido. Para nosotros fue una estancia perfecta, un lugar al que poder repetir.

Salvo la llegada del primer dia, que fue un caos encontrar la casa y sobretodo aparcar, porque era ya bastante tarde, el resto todo fenomenal. El apartamento es precioso, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La casa es amplia, bonita y la terraza espectacular...

The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

The pictures do not justify this lovely appartement. It had everything that I needed. Alexandra keeps everything super super clean and is always available! Will be coming back to this lovely appartement.

¡Una experiencia inmejorable! El apartamento de Edu es simplemente perfecto: limpio, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Edu. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue rápida, clara y muy amable. Siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad, demostrando una gran disposición y preocupación por que todo saliera bien. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement impeccable ! Très proche des commerces de proximité et de la cité des sciences. Environnement très calme. Hôte accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons passé un très beau voyage !

¡Muchas gracias a Vicente por su gran amabilidad y hospitalidad durante nuestra estancia! Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. El piso es exactamente como aparece en las fotos y nos resultó muy cómodo. Hemos pasado unos días geniales, ¡ni el viento pudo estropearlo! La ubicación es fantástica, perfecta para disfrutar de la playa que está muy cerca. Además, está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público, lo que permite llegar al centro rápidamente. Sin duda, una estancia estupenda y muy recomendable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is peaceful, scenic, and truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the serene surroundings each morning was a joy. Alexandra, the host, was exceptional—proactive, kind, and always quick to respond. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This place has such a calming atmosphere, and it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle. We genuinely loved everything about our time here and are already thinking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a stunning setting!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos recibió el padre de Roberto y fue muy amable ayudándonos a subir las cosas.

Marta una estupenda anfitriona con una buena comunicación. El alojamiento fiel a la descripción y fotos. Al lado de un supermercado y a 7 min andando a la playa de Canet y de la zona del paseo marítimo con restaurantes.

Nous étions 5 dans le logement proposé par José. Le logement est situé dans les étages supérieurs du bâtiment d’une résidence récente très calme et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus ce qui permet aisément de rejoindre les différents lieux de Valence. Le logement est très bien entretenu, et très propre à notre arrivée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille un peu comme à la maison ! A noter qu’il y a un commerce Consuum bien fourni à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs restaurants et une boulangerie. Je conseille !
