Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.
