Burgohondo - el Tiemblo - Cebreros (Valle del Alberche y Tierra de Pinares): soggiorni in appartamento

Alfonso y Marcela fueron excelentes en comunicación desde la reserva hará el momento de check out . El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a solo 5 min caminando está un supermercado, al salir del edificio está una pequeña tienda y al rededor hay más pequeñas tiendas y farmacia a menos de 5 min . Los puntos de mayor interés como plaza mayor , puerta del sol y km 0 a tan solo 5-10 min . Gran vía unos 15 min caminando . Cerca hay gran variedad de restaurantes locales y también una estación de metro . El apartamento está bien equipado en su cocina y las camas súper cómodas . Súper recomendado . Para llegar al piso hay ascensor pero también debes bajar escaleras o subir , eso estaba en la descripción del apto también , todo muy bien explicado

El apartamento es tal cual la descripción y Fernando fue muy amable y flexible a la hora de llegada y entrega de las llaves! El barrio es perfecto y tiene un montón de bares y comercios cerca, ademas de estar al lado del aeropuerto. Repetiría sin duda.

Desde el principio, el anfitrión ha sido claro con las instrucciones, he podido llegar muy bien y entrar en el alojamiento perfectamente. El piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy bonito y equipado con lo necesario. La zona está muy bien también: muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, varias estaciones de metro, el centro súper cerca... Lo único que podría decir es que no había champú ni cápsulas para la cafetera, pero todo lo demás está genial.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

We had a blast during our stay. Thanks to Mariela and Pilar, their place was very nice and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. One thing to note, no complaints but possibly for older adults the stairs leading to the bedroom and hot tub are a bit tricky with suitcases. Also, we didn’t ask for any, but could have used a couple extra towels. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but we walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. Was told by multiple people that there were a lot of pickpockets in that area. Again, we never felt unsafe or had any issues. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. Bolt taxis are also very useful around that area. Pilar and Mariela were great to work with and very responsive. We’ll definitely check on availability with them next time we’re in town.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Mercedes est une femme que tout le monde respecte ,elle est très gentille . personnellement je trouve la communication très fluide et sa réaction est rapide, c'est sûr si les conditions sont réunis je ferai l'expérience une autre fois.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

La estancia muy céntrica, justo en el casco histórico de Toledo, muy interesante todo. La casa aparte de estar muy cómoda con todos los servicios ( limpio y ordenado todo, no hace falta llevar nada), queda muy cercana a buenos restaurantes, comercios, farmacias...a todo se puede ir a pié. Los anfitriones muy amables, siempre pendiente de nosotros, recomendandonos sitios de excelente gastronomia, lugares históricos de la zona. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos a repetir la experiencia. Cristina's place was delightful, and Cristina herself a great host. The flat is very comfy and spacious, the shower is powerful and whilst not walking distance to the centre for many, something like 15 min odd which made it really easy to go back and forth. I would definitely recommend this place for singles or couples, you are likely going to feel like at a home away from home. I also hope you haven't booked when it's my time to go back to Madrid, as I want it for myself 🙂

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

Apartamento cercano a aeropuerto , a locales comerciales , en un condominio muy tranquilo y seguro . Alex nos esperó con el sofá cama habilitado lo cual fue de gran ayuda para nosotros que arribábamos de madrugada . Solo nos complicó el no tener hervidor de agua , pero es por costumbre en nuestro país a usarlo para todo( solucionable por cierto ). Indicaciones claras y el anfitrión siempre atento y muy amable

Muy buena estadia, host amable.

Laura est une hôte très attentionnée. L'appartement etait très propre, très calme et proche du centre et de tous les sites remarquables. Tout est accessible à pied en 20 minutes. Et le métro La Latina est à 4 min. Si vous louez chez Laura pour visiter le centre de Madrid vous ne serez pas déçus.
