The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

All bedrooms have their own en-suites with full baths. The Old Methodist Church is located right on the Broadway and central to everything. A simple stroll to the Golf Club. Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Close to local amenities (B&M, Aldi, M&S and also a sports bar all across the road from the caravan site). Launderette around the corner and several fast food places close by.

This semi rural, self contained, self catering holiday cottage is an ideal base for a UK short break on the East Lincolnshire Coast, just 15 minutes drive from Skegness, 25 mins from The beautiful Wolds and 1 hr from city of Lincoln. We take AirBnb and Private bookings only. A lot of our guests return year after year. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Property adjacent is currently being renovated but we anticipate very little impact on your stay.
