Ploughman’s Rest

The Ploughman’s Rest have 3 spacious bedrooms. Each room have 2 single beds that can be replaced with a king size bed if needed. The rooms are spacious enough for a third person to share comfortably. Each bedroom have their own en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Two of these bathrooms have bathtubs too. Each room have an entrance from the veranda and an internal door leading to the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms have coffee/ tea making facilities, hairdryers, usb charge plugs and ceiling fans. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and other electrical appliances such as a toaster. A lovely braai / boma area is available ouside. A television with full DSTV package is available in the lounge. Free wifi

The master suite has its own deck and two bathrooms, one which has a spa bath. And a few steps away from fishing and boating in the Kiepersol 4ha dam. Muddler cabin is off grid. Cooking on gas and gas geyser.....

The Guest House is on the Gold diggers pass and has beautiful views of private nature reserve (MACNR). The Spekboom River is a twenty-minute brisk walk from the Guest House. The first thing you’ll notice about the guesthouse is it’s spacious open plan kitchen, dining room through to the living room. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom have a double bed and the third bedroom two single beds.

Lodge@Highland Run is a rustic 5 bedroom, serviced - self catering cabin on the banks of the Spekboom river. It has amazing trout fly fishing with 5km of river and rapids. Or just perfect to get away from it all on the Mount Anderson Nature Reserve Conservancy, offering a wide verity of flora and fora - many species of antelope and amazing Highveld bird life to explore on a hike or on your own bike. A high clearance or 4X4 recomended but not essential.

Stone Circle Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a compact, 2-bedroom cottage. The cottage is situated on a small farm, 14.2 km outside the town of Lydenburg. The cottage is located in a secluded part of the garden, with its own fenced-off area. The view from the patio looks over farmland, and in the distance, you can see Long Tom Pass on the other side of the valley.
