Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

It's a studio of a street artist, transformed into a one-bedroom apartment. The studio apartment is located on a quiet and safe street in Moda. It is bright and has a peaceful vibe with its private greeny garden. The location is very central and it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. There are many foreigners/expats in the neighborhood as well as locals. You will feel very safe and comfortable.

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
