As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Registration nr: 277079 - Our loft is located in the heart of Bruges, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall, the canals, and the Market Square. - The train station is a 15-minute walk away. - The loft is on the top floor of our charming 18th-century house, where we also live. Please note that it is accessed by two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. - As street parking is limited to 4 hours, we recommend the underground car park 't Pandreitje, a 5-minute walk away.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. This newly renovated 50m2 suite is located just 7 minutes walk from the Market Square. With a private bedroom overlooking the city and numerous windows throughout the apartment letting in lots of natural light. There is a private bathroom, open kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. This modern space also offers a 42 inch smart tv with Netflix for when you want some entertainment inside. Now with air conditioning!

De Drie Koningen | OLV

The apartment Onze-Lieve-Vrouw (OLV) is located on the first floor, above the former coach house at the back of the garden of Twijnstraat 17. It is a duplex apartment with the living area downstairs (dining and sitting area) and the 3 bedrooms (2 queen- size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). There is a toilet on each floor. The separate kitchen contains all modern conveniences.

Cosy holiday house

Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.
