Great stay. Excellent location within easy walking distance of so many attractions. Well thought out spaces, comfortable furnishings and extraordinarily clean! Will definitely return.

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Location was absolutely perfect. Super walkable to all the sights of the city and didn’t have to worry about parking. Very cozy place and very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

Just as pictured! Sandra was a kind and very responsive host. The home was in a perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to town. Having beach chairs provided was a huge plus for us and saved us from having to rent. The only minor downside (and really not a big deal) was the lack of cookie sheets or pizza pans, which made cooking certain things a little tricky—but we improvised! Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

We enjoyed our few days at Alison and Jay’s home over the weekend. It was perfect for my husband and I because of the quiet neighborhood and it was walkable to so many great areas. I appreciate the easy parking space as well. Thank you for accommodating us!

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to the main attractions. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our doggie!

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

This location had the perfect beach only steps from the condo. The area is serene T night and I slept with the windows open to listen to the waves.

The condo is clean and nicely furnished. We stayed for eight weeks and were very comfortable. It is also nice to have beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment available. The location of the condo community is very good. Easy in and out, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. We also appreciated the heated pool and car wash station in the condo community. We would definitely stay again.

Great space, owners, weather, food, drink and Uber. Loved it
