This was one of the most comfortable homes I have stayed in. The beds were awesome, the couches comfortable, Great WIFI and TV support, loved the showers in the bathrooms, plus the pool was just what you needed after a long day in the heat. Very easy to check in and out plus the neighbor hood was a friendly place to walk around and enjoy. I would definitely choose to stay with them again.

My family and I had a great time at Paul’s Florida house! The home was perfect and spacious for us to relax and allow our teenagers to have fun. The house is beautifully decorated and had all the essentials that we needed. It says a lot about a place when our teens wanted to stay longer and come back. 10/10 recommend, especially for a large family.

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay. I travel for work a lot, and I gotta say, this house was the most comfortable I've been in.

Absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood was so peaceful and everyone was so nice and welcoming! We talked to many locals on walks and trips to the beach! They were so helpful telling us places to eat, safety tips about the ocean there and even would help us carry all the beach things down to the beach when they saw us coming with the kiddos! One lady even tried to talk us into buying a home for sale in the neighborhood! Haha! During our stay we had a plumbing issue. Annette responded immediately to my concern and the problem was fixed that day! I will say, during our stay it looked like the beach access at the end of the street was closed due to storm damage. Once at the end of the street we would go right and access the beach in front of the circle K store. The walk was not horrible at all! Maybe 3-5 min. Access being right at the store was so convenient for snacks! Our kids made great friends with the employees and made sure to go tell them bye before we left. Such a great stay!!

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and organized, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The host was kind and responded immediately when we had any questions. We are already planning to go back to visit this beautiful place later this year!

I had a great experience while there. It was raining most of the time, but I was near everywhere I wanted to go so it wasn’t bad. Amenities were as described and communication with the host was easy.

This place was so good. There are lots of places to walk and ride your bike. There is a community pool 1 block away. Library is within walking distance And it has a cafe with great coffee!! Three great restaurants within walking distance , BBQ, pizza and a higher end restaurant with great food. Across the main highway is a state park with a very nice paths through the Florida woods. The Villages is close with lots of shopping and entertainment. A very peaceful area . I loved it. Dale is very responsive and friendly. She was a joy to meet . I would definitely stay here again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

If I ever return to Port Orange, I'll definitely be booking with Addie again! My stay at the Airbnb was such a unique experience, it truly felt like home. Addie went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm so grateful for that. Her hospitality and the comfort of her home made my trip to Port Orange unforgettable. Thank you, Addie!

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Inn on The Avenue! The livingroom, kitchen & dining area is vibrant, fun, beachy and comfortable enouch to curl up and read a book. In the morning before we left, (Carole, who was a great host) made wonderful Italian scrambled eggs while we made pancakes on a griddle set in the table and talked with her and a few other guests. We were sorry it was only an overnight stay. This is a perfect place for couples to stay, girls trips, book clubs... Location is incredible, walking distabce to bars, restaurants and the ocean. We truly can't wait to return!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef and their Airbnb! My mother stayed at their property, and it was truly the best Airbnb experience she's ever had. From the moment she arrived, Chef. made her feel incredibly welcome and right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly set Chef apart was their exceptional kindness and willingness to help. They even assisted with airport transportation, which was a huge relief and so appreciated. It's rare to find a host who is so genuinely caring and attentive.

Was a great place to stay and within walking distance to lots to do. Thanks for having us!!

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself

We had an amazing stay at Joel and Kathy’s Air bnb!! Access to the pool, kitchen, main living area was perfect! Slept really well, enjoyed the massage chairs!! And the atomosphere in the house was extremely positive and comfortable! Would definitely recommend them to anyone travelling on the area!!
