Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

Guests will stay in the private small 1 bedroom grann.y flat, which is located beside the main house, separated by an under covered area., The property is shared by the owners and family guests, other guests who camp down the camping area in the middle of our block, visitors and workshop customers occasionally, Access to the large pool, playground and large backyard. Plenty of animals to see like alpacas, miniature horses, a pig and more. Long and short stays welcome. can sleep up to 7 people,
